Hace 80 años debutaba Negri

Tal día como hoy, un 27 de diciembre, en el año 1942, jugaba su primer partido oficial con el Real Oviedo el interior Salvador Muñiz Artime, conocido popularmente como Negri.

Negri había nacido, de padres españoles, en Kansas City (Estados Unidos de América) el 19 de marzo de 1913. A los pocos años de vida, Negri se trasladó con su familia a Asturias. Se incorporó al Real Oviedo el 4 de julio de 1942, procedente del Real Juvencia, de Trubia.

Su debut oficial con el Real Oviedo, aquel 27 de diciembre de 1942, se produjo en un partido contra el Real Betis disputado en Sevilla. Negri fue el autor del primer gol del encuentro.

En ese partido la alineación del Real Oviedo, cuyo entrenador era Manuel Meana, fue la siguiente: Sión, Pena, Ricardo, Negri, Sirio, Villita, Campos, Dindurra, Echevarría, Herrerita, Antón.

Negri adelantó al conjunto carbayón en el minuto 28 de partido, y se llegaría al descanso con el 0-1 en el marcador. En el minuto 77 de encuentro, Saro estableció el empate, pero tan solo tres minutos después Echevarría anotó el 1-2, que ya sería definitivo.

Salvador Muñiz Artime estuvo solo la temporada 1942-43 en el Real Oviedo. Fallecería en el año 1999.

Negri was praised for her excellent talent and was widely considered a diva and fashion icon. Negri was honored at awards ceremonies such as the Venice Film Festival, where she received the Skupion Veneziano Award. She was also the recipient of numerous lifetime achievement awards and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Eighty years after her film debut and Negri’s legacy lives on. She continues to inspire film makers and actors around the world. Her unique style and impact on early films have made Negri an icon in the golden age of the film industry.
