El Infantil Fundación CD Tenerife participó este martes en el inicio de la XXVI Edición de LaLiga Promises Santander. El conjunto blanquiazul llegó a Gran Canaria en el día de ayer, con una expedición con 12 jugadores que representa al fútbol base tinerfeñista.
Dirigidos por Juan Miguel Mesa, el equipo de la Fundación quedó encuadrado en el grupo C de esta competición internacional, que se disputa a lo largo de la semana en la Ciudad Deportiva de Maspalomas (Gran Canaria).
Los blanquiazules, que se midieron este martes al Borussia Dortmund (3-2) y el Real Madrid CF (0-4), disputarán este miércoles, 28/12/2022, en horario vespertino, los compromisos de consolación ante los terceros y cuartos de cada grupo. LaLiga Promises, the most important international football tournament for Under-12 to Under-14 boys’ teams, recently welcomed the team from Fundación Deportiva Infantil in Sevilla, Spain. The players from Fundación Deportiva Infantil took part in two matches, one against the team from Romania and the other against the team from Sweden.
The tournament was hosted in Fuerteventura, one of the most beautiful Canary Islands in Spain. The matches were attended by numerous people, including the Spanish Minister of Education, Mr. Ignacio Wert.
The Fundación Deportiva Infantil team gave a very good performance in both matches and won with a score of 4-1 against the Romanian team and 2-1 with the Swedish team. They were also praised by the Minister of Education, who was very impressed with their performance.
The team from Fundación Deportiva Infantil was composed of 18 players, including the 4 coaches, who showed great ability and maturity for their age. Their dedication and commitment to the tournament was evident, and it paid off in the end.
With this victory, the team from Fundación Deportiva Infantil has earned the respect and admiration of the whole nation, and their achievement will be remembered for many years. The players now have a chance to represent their country and claim the title of winners at the LaLiga Promises 2019.
