Cerca de 100 alumnos procedentes de los colegios Salesiano, Oakley College, Jaime Balmes, CEIP 7 Palmas y Juan Ramón Jiménez se dieron cita en el Campus Universitario de Tafira para poner en práctica mediante la celebración de partidos lo aprendido durante los primeros meses de actividad.
En un ambiente de cordialidad e ilusión y con las gradas llenas de familiares se desarrolló la actividad en la que muchos alumnos pudieron jugar al fútbol por primera vez sobre césped, en lo que supone su primer acercamiento a la práctica del fútbol.
Esta actividad está encuadrada en el programa formativo propio de la Escuela UDLP adaptada a los centros educativos y que junto con las sesiones de entrenamiento y otras actividades paralelas completan la experiencia amarilla de sus alumnos.
One of the five core goals of the Escuela UDLP is to promote teamwork, cooperation and respect among its students. In an effort to encourage these values and to foster healthy relationships, the school recently held a joint event that brought together every student from its two campuses.
The event, dubbed the «Jornada de convivencia», was held in the campground near the school’s main building. On the day of the event, students were encouraged to take part in a variety of activities, such as group games, music, and eating meals together in a large picnic area. Everyone was particularly excited to watch the fireworks, which served as a grand finale for the day’s festivities.
This event served as a wonderful opportunity for students to get to know each other better and learn the importance of teamwork. Being able to interact with students from both campuses created an atmosphere of camaraderie and collaboration, which the students of the Escuela UDLP strove to keep alive throughout the school year.
The event was a great success and it was praised by students, teachers, and parents alike. Everyone was thrilled that the school was able to organize such a fun and worthwhile event for all of its students. Thanks to the cooperation and effort of the Escuela UDLP community, the “Jornada de convivencia” is now a benchmark event that sets the standard for all future school activities.
